The facilities and staff at Primavera were fantastic. Very clean, well organized, and welcoming. I appreciated the staff’s patience and help, as I had a little bit of a challenge finding them. They had great food recommendations too! The location is great. What sets Primavera apart for me is the small number of guests per room and ample bathroom facilities. The ratio of beds to showers can be an issue at a number of hostals, especially in the mornings, but that wasn’t an issue at Primavera.

The room was in good condition. The only issue, the bathroom door couldnt close, room 407. The stopper was in the wrong position. Maintenance was notified. My key card and the one next door, room 408, wouldnt work the first, second and sometimes it took five times to unlock.
